How Design Hub can help?

Whether you require a design service to temporarily support you through employee illness or holiday leave, a stop-gap to give you some breathing room while you grow your business or if you are not quite at the point of hiring a new designer on a full-time basis, the Design Hub has you covered.

Expertise and quality at your convenience

The Design Hub is being led by Head Designer Lauren Sutton, who has 15 years’ experience in the kbb industry, having worked in various roles across retail, distribution and manufacturing. The former RAK Ceramics Marketing Manager, says:

Bathroom Design

Designers unavailable, increased client demand or not ready to commit to buying a Virtual Worlds solution? Our bathroom design service for retailers might be exactly what you’re looking for.

How much does it cost?

The Design Hub offers a tiered pricing structure depending on the type of the project.

Cloakroom – (Toilet & Basin)£200 / Per Design (Ex VAT)
Bathroom – (Toilet, Basin & Bath)£295 / Per Design (Ex VAT)
Shower Room – (Toilet, Basin & Shower)£295 / Per Design (Ex VAT)
Master Bathroom – (Toilet, Basin, Shower & Bath)£395 / Per Design (Ex VAT)

What is included?

  • 4 x Rendered photo-realistic 2K high resolution images
  • A 2D Plan and measurements
  • A QR Code and Link to view the design in Virtual Worlds Design Cloud
  • One amendment, this will be published to Virtual Worlds Design Cloud only

(Complete layout changes will be subject to discretion and may incur an additional design charge).

Optional Extras

  • The Virtual Words Design file is available to Virtual Worlds 4D customers, there is a release fee of £100 plus VAT
  • Further amendments
  • Additional sets of images
  • Alternative layouts to the same design

(subject to additional charges)

How do I get started?

To understand your project, we will require some information from you first:

  • Perimeter measurements – width, depth and height of the room
  • Dimensions and location of windows, doors and any fixed features
  • A generic list of product and wall covering requirements
  • An idea of the required style and colour theme

Please visit the Virtual Worlds Design Hub Portal to start a new project and upload all the information above.

Once this has been received a formal quotation will be generated and uploaded.

Work will only commence once you have accepted the quotation.

When do I get my design?

Subject to demand, we aim to have your designs returned to you within 2-3 working days.

Virtual Worlds customers – Designs will be sent immediately upon completion to avoid any delays.

All other customers – Designs will only be sent once payment has been received.

How do I pay?

For Virtual Worlds customers the invoice will be added to your monthly Direct Debit.
