Sales Account Managers – South West

Created by an award winning multimedia company, Virtual Worlds is a market leading set of CAD design products with a multitude of offerings in highly exciting growth areas. Virtual Worlds is a division of Logicom Computer Services (UK) Ltd, which has catered for the needs of industry and retail worldwide for over 30 years using the latest technology. Our packages now dominate the Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom and Interiors Design software market in the UK, and we have recently experienced great success with our “4D” Virtual Reality headsets.

The Role: We are seeking motivated Sales Account Managers, whose main function will be to demonstrate and sell our Virtual Worlds software packages to potential customers, as well as developing relationships with existing customers. Clients range from individual specialist room designers and retailers to manufacturers, larger retail chains and builders.

Working from home, you will be required to source opportunities and maintain existing client relationships within a defined territory. Demonstrations of the product both via the Internet or at client’s premises are a vital part of the role. Regular visits to our offices in Milton Keynes are also required.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional energy and enthusiasm along with excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • The ability to self-motivate, organise and manage your own territory.
  • A proven, successful track record in any area of sales or account management.
  • Good knowledge and enthusiasm for computers and software, preferably CAD design although full training on the software will be given.
  • Knowledge of the KBB or building industry would be advantageous.
  • An attractive remuneration package including commission and car allowance will be available for the successful candidates.

Admin Assistant

Permanent, full time, £15,000 – £20,000 dependent on experience.

The Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, positive, capable and above all, friendly administration assistant to join our experienced team. Supporting all departments alongside performing day to day office admin, your role will be both busy and varied. Let’s face it, if someone has a question they go to admin for the solution so you’ll need to be prepared for anything!

Your day to day tasks will involve:

  • Answering and directing switchboard calls.
  • Raising sales invoices and performing credit control.
  • Reconciling customer payments and dealing with any queries.
  • Entering purchase invoices and raising purchase orders.
  • Organising shipping of products.
  • Updating our CRM system.

Like to be considered? To be the chosen one you must have experience in an existing admin role and be familiar with some of the tasks above. If you’ve used Xero and/or Salesforce before then you’ll stand out from the crowd but any accounts or CRM software experience will be beneficial. You’ll need to be confident in using Microsoft Office and if you’re a bit of a techie you’ll fit right in! Customer Support And Training Officer

Our packages now dominate the Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedroom and Interiors Design software market in the UK.

Essential Skills:
– Customer service based experience
– Able to work under pressure
– A desire to help others
– Enthusiasm
– Good organisation
– Good relationship building
– Confidence in communicating with and teaching adults
– Good sense of humour

Beneficial:
– Experience in giving presentations
– A training qualification
– Experience in IT
– Previous service desk role

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and emails, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner
– To provide excellent customer support
– Assist with Virtual Reality developments
– Train new and existing users on Virtual Worlds, both classroom and online
– Help manage the training calendar
– Software testing and creating help documentation

Starting salary of £17,000 and a review after your first 6 months.
Full training provided
Working hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

20 days Holiday plus bank holidays
