Time to 'Blow our own Trumpet'!

These days, we are all quick enough to moan and complain about bad, or shoddy service received; but it’s not often that people actually take the time out to put pen to paper and write a letter of praise. Well, this is exactly what one of our Virtual Worlds users did, earlier this month!

Mr Munir, the Director of Leigh Plumbing Merchants in Lancashire, wrote a charming letter of thanks and it truly gladdened our hearts to read it. So we thought why not, let’s get that old trumpet out!
