To run Virtual Worlds Professional, we recommend using a personal computer or laptop with the specifications detailed below.
We do not recommend running Virtual Worlds Professional on Apple devices using Parallels or Terminal Services due to the resources required to run these configurations.
Virtual Worlds Professional will not run on machines with ARM based processors. Virtual Worlds will only run on Windows machines using Intel or AMD based x86/x64 processors.

- Please bear in mind that Virtual Worlds, will work with older / slower hardware, but the performance may not be as satisfactory as it would on a higher-end machine.
- Many laptops may have the same specification as desktop machines, but they will be more expensive and may run slightly slower.
- If you purchase a new machine and you have a software licence, you will need to call our support team on 01908 448899 so we can change the machine ID and attach it to your new computer. If you have a dongle license, all you need to do is insert it into any USB port on the new machine.
